I’ve had pancakes without maple syrup. I’ve lost biscuits to hot chai. I’ve burst pimples before an important date. I’ve been served Pepsi when I’ve asked for Coke and still not made a fuss about it in the theatre. I’ve even been sober in Goa for an entire trip. In the end, I am just another twenty-eight-year-old girl, whose childhood weekday evenings were spent sitting on her grand mum’s lap watching Balaji TV serials and weekends with cousins watching ‘Friends’. And so, when it came to choosing a career, I realised my happiness lies in creating powerful characters and then putting in the effort to bring them to life!
